- Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are processed and shipped the same business day whenever possible. This is not guaranteed.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Shipping Method
- All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified at checkout.
Delivery Time
- Orders typically take 5 to 25 business days for delivery, depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.
- An estimated delivery window may appear in your order details when available. This window provides a general timeframe but is not guaranteed, as external factors like traffic or weather may cause delays.
Tracking Information
- Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout as soon as they are available. Please ensure your email is correct to receive updates.
Undeliverable Packages
Packages may be marked as undeliverable for several reasons, including:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
- Delivery restrictions or safety concerns at the address (e.g., a locked gate or the presence of a dog).
- Damage to the package during transit.
- A shipping label becoming unreadable.
- Three failed delivery attempts by the carrier.

- Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
- In some areas, Saturday and Sunday deliveries may be available.
